Using the site
To enter and access this website you will be required to ‘Join Up’ as a member. To join up you will need to provide us with the following information: name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth.
We also need to verify that you have your parent/guardian’s consent to use the site, so we will ask that you check with your parent/guardian before entering your details and tick the box on the registration form to confirm the consent.
We will then email confirmation of your membership to the email address you provided. Once this email has been received we require your parent/guardian to sign to verify their consent and bring back to the KOP Reception at St. Andrew’s or the Blues Superstore at St. Andrew’s. If you fail to return the signed confirmation your access to the site may be restricted, including your ability to post letters, pictures and photos to the ‘Your Shout’ page.
The Beaus Buddies and Blues Crew membership teams like to hear from you. Therefore we encourage our members to send in any letters, pictures or photos to us. The information received may then be posted on the website. By sending in your letters, photos and pictures to Birmingham City FC you are transferring the ownership of the content to Birmingham City FC for the company to use. If you do not wish your letters, pictures, photos to be published on the website please contact the marketing department on 0844 557 1875. Further to this, if you are aged under 12, your birthday will not be published on the site until we receive parental consent.
